How To Introduce Your Business

This is the beginning of my 4th week at the gym. Still committed, but has not lost any more weight. My son said I'm building muscles and the weight will disappear in due time. I understand what he is saying, but women like results. Actually, I cannot complain because I feel a whole lot better than I did before I started exercising, more energy and stamina. Tonight I wrote another article for Ezine. The motto is to keep on writing and producing. The articles will bring traffic to my site and hopefully I will get to meet a lot of new friends. This is a method in which I can network with others, and have the pleasure of introducing them to my business, Ardyss International.

I spent the weekend writing articles for Ezine Article marketing. My son Mark, who is my website builder and trainer, told me that writing articles is a good way to bring traffic to my website. Lots of articles, not just a couple. Whatever I need to do, I will do it. As I told you before, running a business requires steadfast commitment. You need strength and endurance to accomplish the goals that you have planned for yourself. It might mean staying up an extra hour at night to finish a particular project, which is not easy for me, because I am a go-to-bed early person. I spend the afternoon editing and refining one of my articles before publication. I will start one more article tonight for my goal is to write 6 more by the end of the week.

- Stepping into Leadership: True leaders are steadfast and willing to stand the age of time no matter how long it takes and should always seek after new information to enhance and develop their business.

Big Picture, the End Result

As of yet, I got no response from the Ardyss Reps that I sent comments to. In any business, you need to get knowledge and wisdom from experts that has already been where you are going. There are always someone that can give you good sound advice, and most people love sharing. In building a business you need stamina, physical and mental strength to endure. You will not make it without both. Each day I am getting stronger and stronger, even when I have to take 2-steps backward. You cannot keep you eyes on what is happening now, you must build your business only focused on the Big Picture, the End Result. The race is not given to the swift nor the strong, but to the person that endures to the end.

Today I sent some comments to the on-line Ardyss distributors. I feel that it is a good thing to share information with others and praise their accomplishments. My son Mark just gave me my counseling and training section on what to do, and what not to do on my web page. He is very gifted and up-to-date with all the current technology. I am thankful to have him as my coach and trainer. Tonight I am a little fatigue and is turning in early. I am learning how to listen to my body when it tells me enough is enough. Goodnight and pleasant dreams. Tomorrow will bring great rewards.

Get in Touch With Reality Before Its Too Late

In September 2009 I dropped 45 pounds in a little over a year. In August 2010 I gained 30 of those 45 pounds back. It was a long grueling process to lose all that weight. Yet I allowed myself to get caught up in the moment and gain most of the weight back. I decided to search my own thoughts and intellect to find a solution. I found out that my sight, taste and smell was leading me down the pass to destruction. If it looked good I ate it, if it tasted good I devour it, and if it smelled good I was in Seventh Heaven. That is when it slapped me directly in the face and reality was revealed.  The 600 - 900 pounds individuals you see on TV started out just like me. If I continue to gain weight, who knows what could happen. Three weeks ago when I started going back to the gym, I made a commitment to change my life, not just financially but also physically. It does not mean that I will never eat junk food again, but when I do it will be in proportion, not pig out. You have to have everything in perspective when running a business. You cannot succeed when you are fighting demons that have control over certain areas of your life such as eating. It can hinder your mindset and take you in directions that is not necessary. Being out of control is no longer a part of my life, I think positive, I feel that there is nothing I cannot accomplish, I know I will succeed and everything I touch will prosper.

Handing out business cards to everyone I came in contact with today is the method I chose for prospecting. The business cards has the Company name Ardyss International and logo, my name, title, email address, phone number and website address. Hopefully the prospects will go to my website and get to know me through my writings. Business cards are convenient and easy to handle and a great way to network with others. They are a great way to advertise your business.
