Perseverance Will Prevail

Last week was the completion of my 5th week at the gym. Hardly any weight loss, but I'm feeling much better. I have arthritis (bone hitting bone) in both knees, so exercising is not an easy process. It is painful most of the time, but perseverance will prevail. I believe that if you do not help yourself, who will. You cannot stand back and do nothing when it comes to your health. I take all the natural supplements I can each day to keep everything running smoothly. I build myself up spiritually by praying and reading the bible each day. Daily meditation guides and direct me and leads me down the path to righteousness.

Underpaid, Undervalued, Overworked – Guide Your Own Destiny
In 2006 the job market was booming. Young men and women that were just graduating from college had their choice of companies to choose from for their financial future. These corporations were offering top-notch opportunities to pull them into their corporate hook. It was almost like an auction and the highest bidder won.
My son was one of these innovative, gifted and talented college graduates. After many interviews, he chose the company with the best opportunities for promotion, and all these promotions were spelled out in their corporate brochure. You had to work at least 6 months before you could reach the next level. Seeing all these advancements in writing, gave my son the added motivation needed to stay focus and keep moving higher and higher in corporate America. He reached every goal in the time-frame outlined in the brochure and maintained the highest standards.
In 2009 an economic recession hit, and although there were hugh layoffs, my son job was still intact. All the training for advancement to get to the next level was cancel, the incentive programs stopped, the overtime money stopped and no more raises. The brochure that outlined all the benefits and opportunities were now rendered null and void.
Working was no longer enjoyable, instead everyone was edgy, causing lots of tension and stress in the work environment. Massive changes took place with the workload. 16 hour days with no overtime pay, were the only way you could possibly keep up. The job that once looked enticing, now had no value or substance. With no overtime pay for all the extra hours rendered, he was underpaid and overworked and felt like he was being emotionally used and abused. When any company hit rock bottom and start treating employees with little or no value, it is time to move on to other ventures.
Mapping out your plans for success will not always turn out the way you expected. Just remember this, you are the one that guides your destiny. Do not stay in a dead-end job hoping that the economic crisis will change soon, and business will be as usual. Start planning for your financial future today, not tomorrow, for tomorrow might be too late.
How To Introduce Your Business

This is the beginning of my 4th week at the gym. Still committed, but has not lost any more weight. My son said I'm building muscles and the weight will disappear in due time. I understand what he is saying, but women like results. Actually, I cannot complain because I feel a whole lot better than I did before I started exercising, more energy and stamina. Tonight I wrote another article for Ezine. The motto is to keep on writing and producing. The articles will bring traffic to my site and hopefully I will get to meet a lot of new friends. This is a method in which I can network with others, and have the pleasure of introducing them to my business, Ardyss International.

Ardyss Reps Need Steadfast Commitment

I spent the weekend writing articles for Ezine Article marketing. My son Mark, who is my website builder and trainer, told me that writing articles is a good way to bring traffic to my website. Lots of articles, not just a couple. Whatever I need to do, I will do it. As I told you before, running a business requires steadfast commitment. You need strength and endurance to accomplish the goals that you have planned for yourself. It might mean staying up an extra hour at night to finish a particular project, which is not easy for me, because I am a go-to-bed early person. I spend the afternoon editing and refining one of my articles before publication. I will start one more article tonight for my goal is to write 6 more by the end of the week.

Rejection Brings Success
Today as I was sharing my business with a potential prospect, he cut me off and said "You are involved in a pyramid scam, you bring in people, and your people bring in people and no one makes money except the person at the top." Yes, I believe all businesses are pyramids, because there is usually a Board of Directors at the top, CEO, Upper Management, Lower Management and then us the field workers. Ardyss International is not a scam, but a well-organized product oriented company with the intention of helping all people achieve financial freedom.
This pyramid statement enlighten my entire day. I suddenly realized that there are more of you out there with the same mindset. So I will use the Feel, Felt, Found principles to explain my point of view. First of all, "I Feel what you are saying", "I Felt that way too," but I Found that Ardyss International has top of the line products and success stories published in major magazines that are accessible to everyone." You can use this principle to answer any question that is set before you.
I don't know if I will make my first million in five years, but I do know that if I continue to work my business, the possibility is there. For 43 plus years I have been working, and for 43 plus years I have struggle financially off and on. Mostly off. Finally with God's guidance, I decided to take control over my own destiny by choosing Ardyss International to make all my dreams come true. As of yet, I got no response from the Ardyss Reps that I sent comments to. In any business, you need to get knowledge and wisdom from experts that has already been where you are going. There are always someone that can give you good sound advice, and most people love sharing. In building a business you need stamina, physical and mental strength to endure. You will not make it without both. Each day I am getting stronger and stronger, even when I have to take 2-steps backward. You cannot keep you eyes on what is happening now, you must build your business only focused on the Big Picture, the End Result. The race is not given to the swift nor the strong, but to the person that endures to the end.

Today I sent some comments to the on-line Ardyss distributors. I feel that it is a good thing to share information with others and praise their accomplishments. My son Mark just gave me my counseling and training section on what to do, and what not to do on my web page. He is very gifted and up-to-date with all the current technology. I am thankful to have him as my coach and trainer. Tonight I am a little fatigue and is turning in early. I am learning how to listen to my body when it tells me enough is enough. Goodnight and pleasant dreams. Tomorrow will bring great rewards.

River of Flowing Waters

Today was the completion of my second week at the gym and I gained 2 pounds. What a disappointment to work that hard and gain instead of losing weight. I will not let gaining a couple of pounds bring negativity into my exercise routine because eventually, with a lot of hard work, I will get the results.  My homebase business is Ardyss International and it is structured the same way. You work really hard and expect the flood gates to open up right away, but instead you only get light sprinkles. Someday those light sprinkles will turn into large drops and the the large drops will turn into a river of flowing waters. No matter what my circumstances are, it's important that I hang in there and allow patience, motivation, determination and time to run it's course.

Control Your Own Life by Joining Ardyss International

Network marketing has changed the attitude of many people, because they found out that it's a lucrative and unique business that can be run from the home or even while vacationing in Hawaii. All you need is a laptop, determination, motivation, knowledge, understanding and will power and maybe a little common sense. Please don't classify this business as a get-rich-quick scheme. Network marketing is like any other business, you have to work hard and produce in order to achieve your admiration and goals. In order to be successful you have to continually train and seek knowledge from others that are experts in the field. Going into a business for money only, should not be your only goal. How about for Peace of Mind, Self-Worth, The Opportunity to Help Other People, Believing in Yourself, Making Your Own Decisions, and a Stress Free Environment. If you get sleepy during the day, take a nap.
